1. Cut the air line to connect to the air pump.
2. Open the fermentation tank lid.
3. Pour the meat to be marinated and the marinade ingredients into the container.
4. Close the lid of the fermentation tank.
5. Connect the air line to the fermentation tank valve.
6. Open the valve.
7. Press the air release button (observe the needle pointer).
8. When the sensor beeps, remove the air hose.
9. Press the start button.
10. The machine is rotating.
11. Press the engine power button.
12. Press the button to rotate the fermentation tank.
13. Close the valve.
14. Open the fermentation tank lid.
15. Press the button when the fermentation tank is rotated to align with the tray.

Note: Vacuum extraction from vacuum Marinade machine and roller cannot be performed at the same time.

Installation and Use  (Installation and usage)

Marinade Meats Automatic Machine / Marinade Machine :
1. Installation equipment: Install the roller, place the marinated pot.
2. Set time: Press the power button, the bloating machine is turned on. Press and hold the time button to display the board flashing. Press the time button to switch between minutes and seconds, Press the up/down button to increase/decrease the time, the maximum time is 99 minutes and 59 seconds. After adjusting the time, press the time button to save and exit.
3. Loading ingredients: Press the up/down button in the standby mode to control the forward/reverse rotation of the marinating barrel, adjust the direction of the nozzle, open the roller cover, load the ingredients, and cover the lid.
4. Roller work: Press the start and stop button, the drum starts to work, and the drum stops when the set time is over or the start and stop button is pressed again.
5. Unloading ingredients: Press the up/down keys to adjust the direction of the nozzle, open the roller cover, and unload the marinated food.

Automatic rotating meat and pork marinating machine:

1. Installation equipment: Install the roller and place the fermentation pot.
2. Time setting: Press the power button, the marinade will turn on. Press and hold the time button to display the board flashing. Mechanical version of vacuum Marinade machine, operation instructions:
1. Equipment installation: Install the roller and place the marinated pot. Cut the air outlet according to the guide line.
2. Setting time: press the time button, vacuum, start and stop, digital display flash at the same time, press the start and stop button to adjust the start and stop countdown time. Press the vacuum button to adjust the vacuum countdown time. After adjusting the time, press the time button to exit.
3. Loading ingredients: Press the point key to control the direction of the roller, and open the cover, load the ingredients, and cover the lid. (The point key is invalid when the vacuum and roller are working, and the start/stop button and the point key cannot be simultaneously performed).
4. Vacuuming: Connect the vacuum pipe to the valve of the roller and open the valve. Press the vacuum button to pump the vacuum. When pumping is completed, turn off the valve and remove the vacuum connection.
5. Roller work: Press the start and stop button, the roller starts to work, and the roller stops when the set time is over. When the marinating is completed, open the roller valve to balance the pressure of the cylinder and close the valve.
6. Unload the ingredients: Adjust the direction of the roller by the point switch, and open the roller cover, and unload the marinated food.

Meat marinating machine, rotating type + vacuum system:

1. Equipment installation: Install the roller and place the fermentation pot. Cut the air vents along the guide lines.
2. Set the time: Press the VACUUMING, POINT MOVEMENT, START/STOP buttons simultaneously.

  • Press the button START/STOP To adjust the start and stop times of the countdown
  • Press the button VACUUMING To adjust the vacuum countdown time, after adjusting the time,
  • Press the button POINT MOVEMENT To exit

3. Add ingredients: Press the button. POINT MOVEMENT To control the direction of the rollers and open the lid, add ingredients and close the lid (button POINT MOVEMENT Incorrect when the vacuum cleaner and roller are working and the button cannot be used START/STOP And buttons POINT MOVEMENT (Can be done simultaneously)
4. Vacuuming: Connect the vacuum hose to the roller valve and open the valve. Press the button. VACUUMING To vacuum pump, when pumping is complete, close the valve and disconnect the vacuum connection.
5. Roller working: Press the button. START/STOP The roller starts working and the roller stops when the set time is over. When the fermentation is complete, open the roller valve to balance the cylinder pressure and close the valve.
6. Remove the ingredients: Adjust the direction of the roller with the point switch and open the roller cover and take out the marinated food.
