2. Order information
2.1 All prices stated are in Thai Baht (THB) and do not include shipping or other handling charges.
2.2 When receiving an order from a customer, the system will notify the total cost, with taxes and other costs automatically calculated after the order is placed.
2.3 Most items have shipping costs clearly stated. If an item does not specify shipping costs, please contact us before ordering.
2.4 Make all payments via the SCB Payment Gateway system.

3. Product delivery
3.1 Shipping Terms
3.1.1) Shipping and handling costs will be calculated based on the distance, volume of the goods and the actual weight of the goods.
3.1.2) The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling costs (**If you wish to pick up the product yourself, please contact us before pressing the order button)
3.1.3) Delivery within Thailand only. If you wish to ship internationally, you can order at http://www.salecnc.com.
3.2 Delivery channels
The company delivers products using both government and private transport services such as Thailand Post, Flash Express, Kerry Express, Nim Express and others as appropriate.
3.3 Delivery time
3.3.1) Products in stock take approximately 5 days to prepare for shipping.
3.3.2) Pre-order products take approximately 15-40 days to prepare for shipping (depending on the product).
3.4 Proof of delivery
After the product is delivered, the company will inform the customer of the tracking number and delivery channel.
4. Refund Policy
1.สิทธิ์ในการขอคืนเงิน
– ลูกค้าไม่ได้รับสินค้า หรือ ได้รับสินค้าไม่ตรงที่ต้องการ
– ลูกค้าสามารถยื่นคำร้องคืนเงินได้ภายใน 3 วัน นับจากวันที่ได้รับสินค้า/บริการ
– กรุณาตรวจสอบสินค้าหรือบริการให้ครบถ้วนก่อนยื่นคำร้อง
2.เงื่อนไขการคืนเงิน
– ในกรณีที่ลูกค้าประสงค์ขอคืนเงิน ทางเราจะทำการหัก 10% ของราคาสินค้าเป็นค่าใช้จ่ายในการดำเนินการคืนเงิน
– สินค้าควรอยู่ในสภาพสมบูรณ์และครบถ้วนตามที่ได้รับ หากสินค้ามีการใช้งานหรือเสียหาย ทางเราขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการพิจารณาคืนเงิน
3.ขั้นตอนการขอคืนเงิน
– ทางเราจะตรวจสอบคำร้องและติดต่อกลับภายใน 3-5 วันทำการ
– เมื่อคำร้องได้รับการอนุมัติ การคืนเงินจะดำเนินการภายใน 7-10 วันทำการ
4.หมายเหตุ
– ค่าจัดส่งหรือค่าธรรมเนียมการทำธุรกรรมบางรายการอาจไม่รวมอยู่ในการคืนเงิน
