The main components of Fiber Laser Cutting Head

1. Collimating Lens
   It functions to adjust the laser beam coming out of the fiber into a parallel beam before entering the focusing lens.
2. Focusing Lens
   Focuses parallel beams into small, high-energy-dense spots to efficiently cut materials.
3. Nozzle
   It is a channel where a cutting gas (such as nitrogen, oxygen, or air) is released along with the laser beam to help blow away metal chips from the cut line and control the cut quality.
4. Sensor or Auto-focus System
   Measure the distance between the cutter head and the material surface in real time and adjust it to the appropriate level for the best cut.
5. Cooling System
   Since the laser beam has high energy, the cutting head has a water or air cooling system to prevent damage.
