Control circuit principle: input position signal, the motor will swing acertain angle according to the conversion ratio of voltage and angle. Thefuel rack position sensor, error amplifier, power amplifier, position dividerand current integrator are used in the whole process.
After the laser is reflected by the scanning lens, the laser is driven by the fieldmirror motor to rotate the reflector around the axis and change the beam path. Themaximum deflection angle ofthe lens is + -15 °, and the x-axis width ofthe lensisdetermined bythe beam diameter.The length ofthe yaxis ofthe lens is the swingpoint length ofthe galvanometer X, Facula size calculation: the exit facula size d =8mm,lensXsize 10 mm,lensYsize 23 mm.
